Streamside Yoga is a well-equipped 40′ x 40′  studio with an 18′ x 30′ deck overlooking a sylvan stream in the mountain village of Andes, New York. It’s a spiritual place of relaxation, deep connection and renewal.

The studio is also available for artistic and corporate workshops.

With Streamside 1 and Streamside 2 apartments, the studio can be rented as a retreat center for yoga or teacher trainings, or corporate retreats.

Through a regular schedule of classes a variety of yoga styles are offered.  All classes are by donation are appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners.

New Instructors at Streamside Yoga: 

Rob Greenberg
Rob has been practicing yoga since 1967.   He has studied with Swami Vishnudevananda and disciples, Swami Muktananda and disciples, Swami Satchidananda and disciples, BKS Iyengar and many others.  He began teaching in 1975 as the years went by he tapped into these influences and developed his own integrated style called Anahata Yoga (Yoga from the heart to the heart).  He has taught in the Huntington LI school system and Delhi Community College and operated a local yoga studio outside of Margaretville for 30 years.

Jimmy Hickey
Jimmy is a yoga teacher, meditation instructor, and resident of Delhi, NY. His mission is to teach people to live healthier, happier lives through yoga, meditation, and personal discovery. His classes are derived from his background in music, dance, anatomy, kinesiology, dance injury prevention, pranayama, and other tools he’s picked up while on his journey through trauma, addiction, and anxiety to peace, gratitude, and happiness. He has a BFA in modern dance from UNL, a 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Laughing Lotus in New York City, and a 200-hour meditation teacher certification from The Veda Center. Jimmy has taught in New York City, at Kalani Retreat Center on the Big Island of Hawaii, at Eason Mountain Retreat Center in upstate New York, and at several venues around the Catskills.
